A throughly interesting meeting for a Cosoa registered caravan park requiring controlled access. Dave Smith clearly explained the benifits of Net2U Vs standalone system and listed the required parts to complete task. A key selling point that was exceptional was that Dave offered to return to customer and give them training on the Net2U software - I think this level of support sold Paxton to the customer - Will update on customer response.. My initial impressions- Very pleased with support as my knowledge of door access is zero! Many thx Max Pritchard

Spoke to Nick Derbyshire who explained the options, prepared a quote and sent it. It arrived before I put the 'phone down. Impressive! In order to improve, you will need to read my mind before I contact you, then we can cut out the 'phone call.

I had a problem loading my net2 access control, tech support diagnosed the problem and gave easy step by step instructions to rectify the issue. cheers guys.

Paxton are useually quite confident and offer the right technical advise. On this occaission, the lady I spoke to was unsure and at first insisted that the database cannot be backed up automatically. I had to push a little, asked her to check with someone else, then she said it was possible. Now, I dont expect everyone to know every little detail on the ins and outs of a particular system, however I do expect that support operators need to seek advise from others when they do not know and not just try and fob someone off!
