I am so impressed how my issue was handled - employees Jonathan and Kerry made me feel assisted all the time and they really took care of my situation with the software. Jonathan tried to help as much as possible and after that he escalated me to Kerry who is really kind, helpful, really care about customer no matter how long will take to fix your issues; she connected to my computer remotely to see possible issues and gave me specific, clear instructions on how to fix it. I called different times and Kerry responded efficiently. These employees are really prepared to help people and have a lot of knowledge on this product. Thank you Jonathan and Kerry!!!

Excellent knowledge of how to troubleshoot my system. I appreciate the fact that the gentleman I spoke with did not give up and was very patient with my slow computer skills. He solved my problem and saved me money for not having to call someone else. Feeling very blessed by my interaction with Paxton today!

To all at Paxton tech support ... Thanks for simply being there to help. You are one of the very few companies who do actually support us install engineers.
