This is the second time I've had reason to call and both times my enquiry has been dealt with quickly and politely. The first query I would have needed a software upgrade to do what I wanted but on this occasion I was talked through the process of backing up and given information on how to reinstall after I get my new PC. Thank you for excellent customer service.
