My customer (NBE Fire and Security) received a free unit directly from Paxton. This turned out to be faulty so he wanted to get a replacement. Paxton have then told my customer they need to go through Norbain to get the replacement. The order wasnt anything to do with us so why would we need to sort out the returns?
