Ja leuk! hoop nieuwe producten die er toe doen. Paxlock pro (en op glazen deur) app voor de smartphone. Kortom helemaal goed. Nu alleen nog wachten op de 2-4 deurcontroller....:P

Excellent. Your rep was very tentative to my problem. Once she heard part of the issue she came up with a suggestion. When the suggestion was not applicable, she listened to more information that was not given the first time. She was very helpful and and happy to listen to my issues

I have recently taken over the management of our Net2 system. So I am in the process of my Net2 education. My problem was accessing the system (after a windows 10 download) and during discussions with initially Nick (password problem when I tried to enter my password when it was requesting system engineer password required a call back) on call back spoke Matt and was guided through the procedure to enable me to resume operations. I am now up and running. The service I received was excellent and straightforward during this guidance.
