Disappointed that it had to take Kate to speak to different persons regarding obtaining feedback from support with regards to the failed external paxlock pro units that we have had to return due to significicant water ingress problems. I have to date not recevied any feedback depsite asking initially on the investigation outcomes. at present , we are no longer installing paxlock pro external units until we gain confidence that there is no issue with them regaridng IP rating. Kate did her best to flag this yesterday to try and get me the feedback on findings regarding our issue. We originally installed 3 units on a site, and all 3 units had to be changed on at least 2 occasions due to water ingress issues. Im still non the wiser why water damage was found. Kate , and by the sounds of it other senior quaity and production team members were also not informed of this, which again is disappointing all round.
